About The Gift Baskets

Basket Shipping:  Shipping costs are calculated in the cost of each basket, depending on which method of shipping you select.  Orders placed by noon MONDAY-FRIDAY (PST), are shipped the next day. Orders placed after noon (PST), are shipped within 48 hours.  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & holidays are shipped by the 2nd business day. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Please double check your shipping address.  We must charge a $15.00 re-route fee if your shipping information is incorrect.

DECEMBER DELIVERY INFORMATION

• West coast deliveries take approximately 1-3 business days.  If you are placing an order to be delivered to the West Coast after December 18th, please select express shipping. UPS does not guarantee delivery before Christmas.

• Midwest Deliveries take  approximately 3-4 business days. If you are placing an order to be delivered to the Midwest after December 17th please select Express Shipping. UPS does not guarantee delivery before Christmas.

• East coast take approximately 5-6 business days.  If you are placing an East Coast delivery after December 14th, please select Express Shipping. UPS does not guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Summer Shipping & Perishable Baskets:  During the summer months, we must include ice packs with all chocolate and perishable gifts.

Baskets Gift Cards:  We always include a FREE gift card with the message of your choice. Always include your name or company so your gift recipient will know who the gift is from.

Basket Substitutions:  Occasionally we may need to substitute products to ensure freshness and timely delivery. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.

About The Bears:

Each of our beautiful Bears are made with the finest craftsmanship.  These collectible bears come in a standard 8" tall size.  All Bears come fully dressed in a unique outfit or costume.  Accessories are sold separately.   All Bears also come with a personalized Bearth Certificate!  Don't miss our larger 14" Bears.

Bear Shipping:  Shipping costs are included in the bear product prices and are shipped UPS Ground.

-SAME DAY SHIPPING for orders placed before 3 PM, EST, Monday-Friday.

-Orders placed after 3 PM, EST, Monday-Thursday, will be shipped the
  following business day.

-Orders placed after 3pm, EST, on Friday, will be shipped the following
  Monday.

-Shipping address phone numbers are required  for all deliveries.

Baby Shipping:  Orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground, 5-7 days following your order anywhere in the USA.

Baby Returns:  We accept returns on all merchandise except custom orders or any personalized items.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and we do not refund any shipping/rush order charges you incurred.  APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AND YOU MUST EMAIL US PRIOR TO ANY RETURNS.
